Awssome!
November 6, 2019
Just bought my second one. The self rechargeable battery is a great idea. No need for a separate charger now. Why anyone would buy a more expensive Streamlight or Surefire is beyond me. This light is way better!!

Love the Dual Switch!
September 11, 2019
I didn't even know dual switch tail cap even exists until a few weeks ago! The XT11 is built like a tank. Extremely bright on high and best thing is the second switch. To cycle through all of the XT11 modes, turn the light on with the main switch then cycle through the modes with the secondary switch. The second switch also acts as main switch for strobe mode so you don't have to cycle through different modes to get to strobe. This is probably the most well though out tail cap function I've seen, and I own numerous big brands like Surefire, Streamlight, etc. The self-contained battery charging port of Klarus 18650 rechargeable batter is nice, it allowed the XT11 body to be free of charging port and no need to carry a bulky charger. Great design and a great buy from Battery Junction!

Batteryjunction.com - Bait and Switch?
April 5, 2019
Bait and Switch? I never believed someday I would ever spend over $60 for a flashlight, but after putting up with cheap lights I thought what the heck I'll try one at my cabin. I did all my research and settled on the KLARUS-HOLSTER-XT11 from Batteryjunction.com I place the light in my shopping cart for a few days while considering if I had the nerve to the purchase, and then it happened, a 50% off appeared and I thought WOW!! What a deal! So I ordered two XT11s, plus two Holsters and another item. 4 days went by and all the time I was excited to finally have a great flashlight, couldn't wait to try it out. Then it happened, I get an email from Batteryjunction.com SORRY, the lights are no longer available but we will substitute for what I believe a substandard and completely different manufactured light. So, is it bait and switch? Don't know but their website states - expected on; April 18, 8 days after my order

Going on 3 years with above average use. This flashlight is 2nd to none with backup battery and charger always ready to go. The batteries never loose there capacity even with over a hundred charges. Look no where else its well worth the price compared to less worthy units.
ProsStrength of beam

Great little light. Love the way it always goes to high no matter what was the last setting at power off. When i pull my light i need to see the situation immediately and nothing worse when a light comes on at the low setting. This light rids that problem with full power on every time.

Excellent customer service
August 29, 2017
Bullet proof flashlight, I use every day. I'm more impressed by the customer service department, who kindly listened to a concern I had about a previous product, They took it back tested it but could not replicate the issues I was finding, With out fuss or additional monies except for a small packaging fee they sent me a brand new one. Hooked, I'm all in, they have a loyal customer, they have my business.

klarus XT 11 Flashlight 1060 Lumens
December 16, 2016
Another great product presentation by the team that i rely upon for the products i like. This is my third Klarus flashlight and this light is bright and designed wirh a neat mode switch that is easily accessible next to the tail cap switch boot and below. The tough aluminum body speaks volumes too fir it has a solid built, the lens is also a well made. Wirh the optional operation of cr123 s or a single 18650, this first.class product will be a winner to you just like the team who handles it for you in your order, the Battery junction customer service team. Order yours today.!
ProsExceptional quality, great brighness, tough body design, battery usage options.

HELP!!! i CAN'T STOP BUYING THESE LIGHTS.
July 12, 2016
I have owned three of these lights (820 lumen versions) for a few years, two as weapon lights and one in the car. When I saw Klarus now offers them with 1060 lumens I had to buy one. The 30% increase in brightness is very noticeable which made the purchase worthwhile for me. On the new version the tailcap switches are more prominent, making them easier to locate with the thumb. Other than that they are indistinguishable from the older versions. They still have spring contacts on both ends which I think is necessary for shock protection when used on a weapon. I have one on a 12 G. pump and it has survived several dozen shots with no problem. The two-switch tailcap is easy to use but be aware that the light always comes on in the brightest level; remember, this is a tactical light. The light has a wide and deep orange-peel reflector which gives a good balance of spot and flood. One thing not mentioned in the manual is that the light will start to act erratically when the battery is low, but a fresh battery fixes that. Bottom line: I like the latest version of this light enough that I just ordered another one.

Well made and bright.
April 15, 2016
I have been using this light for over a year now for General Duty Policing. It is a great light. Solid, well made. Bright. Compact. I bought two rechargeable batteries, one for the light, one for my vest in case I am out in the back forty away from my vehicle and the battery dies. I do find the batteries last well but If you buy rechargables, buy the highest mAh you can buy. It does make a big difference. I certainly will by another one of theses.... if I ever have to replace this one.
ProsBright, three light settings, compact, tail cap switch, good run time on good quality batteries.
ConsNon yet.

Klarus XT11
April 11, 2016
The XT11 has good balance and ergonomics. The mode switch next to the tail cap is a great idea. The only downside is that the light always reverts to 'high' when it is turned on, even if the mode was 'low' when it was turned off.

Nice Upgrade
December 5, 2015
I got this today and have been playing with it the last few hours. If you like the 820 you'll enjoy this one more, it has a nice black finish, glass and reflector is super clean and free of dust. It has a little more throw and the beam is nice and wide with the op reflector. Its going on my ar, that's what I bought it for, close to medium range, a bright white, smooth wide beam, in my opinion for home defense its a good choice.
ProsSmall, powerful, seems durable.
ConsNone so far, I'll update if I have a problem.
