Works great
August 22, 2021
Works great for me using small and medium sized lights like the mini Mag and Bell and Howell Atomic Beam. But elastic band does not last forever. Elastic will eventually wear out.

Good sleeve

Good universal sleeve. Belt mount needs a way to adjust to common 1.5 inch belts, wobbly. Rotation is kind of moot with the pivot point being so high, center it.

I needed a better carry option for my Nitecore MT21A ( Incidentally it's a great flashlight ) and decided to give this holster a try. Excellent! Well worth the couple of bucks it costs.
ProsFits a wide array of flashlights.
Excellent adjustable belt clip.

Maybe AAA or AA not bigger
January 18, 2016
Thought this might fit my C cell sized flashlight sized stun device but try as I might I could not force the device into the opening without using two hands and brute force. This process also turned the arming switch on, not good. I could not withdraw the device with one hand either, not very handy when you need to pull the stun device in a hurry.
It might fit a double or triple "A" light but nothing bigger. Even my cheap 9 LED light was a struggle.
ProsCheap
ConsToo dang tight for anything bigger than a pen light.

Great product, great price

This product is everything it's advertised to be. It appears to be a solidly constructed product, and I really like the solid, rotating belt clip. There is no danger of the clip slipping off the belt and it is made to last. It fits my Nitecore P12 perfectly, and is a much better holder than the one that came with the flashlight. Perfect for EDC for your flashlight. Happy with the purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
ProsQuality construct ion, strong rotating belt clip, perfect for EDC for a variety of tactical-sized flashlights (such as most of the brands sold by Battery Junction), reasonably priced.
ConsNone, as far as I'm concerned!

Awesome deal

I ordered 10 of these for some of the guys on my department for the flashlight that we carry. The flashlights do not come out at first. They're a little tough to get in. They do eventually break in to where you can get them in and out easy but as to date they don't get so loose to where you lose your flashlight extremely well worth the money extremely well made and an awesome product and as for me and my fellow officers they're indestructible the clip is awesome it turns on a 360 so you can actually have the flashlight in the holster turn the flashlight on and not have to hold it the clip is virtually indestructible we've tried pretty much everything I actually got a caught on a fence it didn't break didn't rip most important I didn't lose my light I recommend it highly
Prospros everything about it its just well made well-crafted indestructible
Cons if I have to put any kind of con on this I would have to say when you buy the flashlight case sit down while you watching TV and just work the flashlight in and out of the case so it loosens up that's the only thing I can say but I don't find it a big problem I rather have it a little too tight then loose and lose my flashlight

Bad design

I thought I would get this holster to hold a variety of torches. I found the two-halves style, held together by elastic bands, to be difficult in getting a flashlight into it. If the flashlight had a head that was the same diameter as the body, the torch could easily slide all the way through and drop. The plastic clip broke after a couple years. The best thing about this holster was the rotating feature.

Just bought my second NiteIze holster because it is so good!
January 28, 2015
My first one is still good for larger flashlights. After 3 years of everyday use, it has stretched out just a little much for my liking of my small Surefire torch. I like to keep the Surefire's clip -clipped onto the front side of this holster for extra safety of not losing my high end and high dollar torch. Never lost it or even come close.
I will keep my first older, semi stretched one for carrying a larger "C" or "D" Maglite style torch any day though. For less than $10, you will not find a better holster. I particularly like how you can rotate it, so it will point in the direction where you want the light to shine. Stays secure on my belt. I have crawled under cars, had it caught on cabinets and other obstacles in my way. and sometimes I was stopped instantly from being caught.
No trouble for this fine holster! I have recommended this holster to all of my friends who carry a torch. And I recommend it for you too!
Pros-Light weight
-Tuff
-Secure
-Points where you want it
-Inexpensive
-Long lasting
-Heavy Duty
-Fairly easy to deploy my very small torch
(Longer torches will be even quicker to deploy.)
Cons-It takes a little time to get the torch back into this tight fitting holster
(But an extra 5 seconds for my torch's safety is not an issue for me.)

NiteIze Light Holster

The only good thing about this is that it is cheap! Very tight fit for even the smallest of flashlights. Trying to force a flashlight into this tends to trigger the on/off switch which is really annoying and could result in a burnt out batteries, at best, and overheating in some of the more powerful lights.
ProsCheap.
ConsVery poor design!

Does what it says

Very tight clip, good strength 'lock' when placed on an angle.
I have knocked this against terrain and stretchers, had it catch in tight spaces and it has resisted breaking, and kept my torch secure.
