Too complicated to use
November 24, 2021
The directions poorly explain how to change between modes and it requires two hands to actually change from high to medium power. I just can't always figure it out. I have several Nitecore products and I wish I could send this model back. Having to twist the housing it not as easy as they state it is. I'll bet this model gets discontinued soon.

Nitecore quality needs button for modes

This light has the quality I've come to expect from Nitecore which is good. I like the way they have covered the charging port with a twisting operation vs. a flimsy piece of rubber. What I wish they would change is the way you change modes. Multiple pushes on a button would be much better than twisting the head and guessing where you are, which requires two hands.

Great Hybrid Light
July 1, 2018
The Nitecore Multitask Hybrid MH25GT Tactical Flashlight is a great light with tight spot even at a distance, short and compact, easily switches between high, medium, low & disorientating strobe with a twist of the body. The flashlight body does not get hot after about 8-10 minutes of use like my Fenix TK09 (2016) Pro does.

Nitecore MH25GT Rechargeable LED Flashlight
June 9, 2017
Interesting concept of a flashlight that takes some times to get use to. Keep head of flashlight tight & it's in bright 1000 lumens. Loosen the head 1/8 turn or more then you go into selective mode. First setting is S.O.S. 1000 lumens, then turn the light off & on and next setting comes up strobe 1000, then push the end button again off & on and your down to 300 lumens, off & on then down to 110 lumens, off & on 50 lumens. If you want to keep your setting you selected, it seems you have to screw the head tight to go back into 1000 mode & turn it off. Next time you turn it on it will be 1000 lumens then loosen the head 1/8 turn & it returns to the last setting you were at. I watched the video on the MH25GT and to recharge, there is a cover to unscrew from the head to expose the charge port. Once plugged in then press the button to start charging. Charge cord looks similar to a few cameras & phones. As long as you have a USB charger port that plugs into 110V or cigarette lighter or computer, the USB cord side will plug into for charging.
ProsCharging & brightness
ConsOnce selected a mode you like, to save that choice you must go back into 1000 lumens before turning off flashlight.
