Handy and easy to use. The tail cap button is stiff, but I expect that is to prevent accidental "on". It gets warm FAST, but that is to be expected. Good light and I'm happy to have one.

Great light, 1" diameter, durable, simple to use, one brightness output, 2 included batteries. Get it with the promotion of 6 free batteries for a total of 8 batteries. Liked this light so much I ordered 2 more after my initial order of 2 so now I have 4 flashlights and 24 'free' Energizer batteries and 8 of the included batteries. They are just really great lights and the 'free' batteries are a bonus. Battery Junction is the only place I get my batteries from. They only sell fresh batteries and not ones that are near or past their pull dates and I have never gotten any dead batteries from them either.

The 'Tactical' G2X is one brightness which is exactly what you want if you are going to use it as a weapons light. I got this with the 6 free Energizer batteries promotion, which might not still be offered depending on when you read this review. So, you get the 2 included batteries and the 6 free Energizers for a total of 8 batteries, very good deal. On top of all that, Battery Junction is top notch and I have always gotten fresh new batteries from them unlike some other online places that sell out of date or even dead batteries. This is the only place I buy my batteries from because of that fact.

Beautiful light. Has a broad, even beam. Great flood with the perfect amount of throw. Easy to use button tail cap switch with just the right amount of pressure needed for momentary use, and enough to help prevent accidental activation. Perfect size for everyday carry. There is nothing not to like about this light. Very economical and Made in the USA!

It's a Surefire - what's not to like!!

For the money you can't beat it. Light is very tough, waterproof, and able to take a lot of abuse. I like the twist to stay on feature and its simple design and layout. Nothing fancy but gets the job done.

You don't need crazy button pushes and all that. Push to light momentary and twist to stay on. If you have more features it is not a tactical light!

I was given this light for my birthday and I love it. It fits in my purse and feels good in hand.
